Hi, you can create additional calendars under your account for the purpose of recording/highlighting the company events and leaves of your employees by using the highlighted option in the Titan calendar.

Once the calendar is created, you can add the events to this particular to record the leaves and then share this calendar with your colleagues by following the steps given here:

Agreed! But maybe a separate Calendar for the team. To show requested days off; and company events. And possibly a system of scheduling team members as well.
